We ship our products on business days within 36 hours from our warehouse in Frankfurt am main, Germany. You will receive an e-mail including a DHL tracking number as soon as your order was shipped.

Free for orders above 80€

 Europe:
International Tracked (3-7 business days): 4.95€
DHL Premium Europe (2-5 business days): 11.95€
Free for orders above 100€

 USA:
International Tracked (5-7 business days): $6.00
Free for orders above $100

 Canada:
International Tracked (5-7 business days): 8.00 CAD
Free for orders above 140 CAD

 Rest of the World:
International Tracked (5-7 business days): 4.95€
Free for orders above 100€

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. 

Returns

You can return your product within 14 days without any reason.
Please make sure you use a shipping method with tracking number, in case your package gets lost.

You have to pay the return shipping yourself – we can't absorb the cost.
The money will be transferred to you within 7 days after we received your package.

Please make sure to put our return slip in your package.

Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.
