We ship all orders in 36 hours (on business days).

All packages leave our warehouse within 36 hours after submitted order. Orders to Germany are shipped with DHL and depend on our service provider - usually it is 1-2 business days. All orders in the EU are shipped with Deutsche Post, shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Shipping within Germany with DHL is free of charge. For shipments within the EU, shipping is 4.99 - free shipping for orders over 100 euros.

Yes, we guarantee that our jewelry will never fade or change color. This is provided that the jewelry is well cared for.

Yes, the jewelry can be worn both in the shower and in chlorinated water. The jewelry will not be damaged at all.

RETURNS

Items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason using a shipping provider of your choice. For this purpose, use a shipping method with a tracking number. We cannot bear the return shipping costs. The money will be paid back within 7 business days after receiving the return. Please put the completed return form in your package. Please check that the product fits before removing the protective foils, and when returning the product, check that it is shipped back in the protective foils and is properly placed in the jewelry box - exactly as it arrived to you. There may be defects in the return shipping process that cannot be refunded.
